Refund Policy

Overview

AI Costume Maker sells one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions, so you will never be charged again unless you buy another pack.

Failed photos are refunded automatically

If a costume photo fails to generate, its credit is returned to your balance right away. You do not need to contact us.

Unused credits can be refunded

Within 14 days of a purchase, you can ask for a refund of the credits from that purchase you have not used yet.

• The refund is proportional to the unused credits. For example, if you bought the Starter pack ($4.99 for 20 credits) and used 5, we refund 15/20 of the price, about $3.74.
• Credits you have already used to create photos are not refundable, because each photo is generated by a paid AI model the moment you create it.
• After 14 days, purchases are not refundable, but your credits never expire.

Charged in error

We refund in full, whether or not any credits were used, if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you were charged but the credits did not arrive.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@aicostumemaker.com from the email address you signed up with, and include your order number or Stripe receipt if you have it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is faster for you, and we answer every request.
