Overview

This policy explains what information AI Costume Maker ("we") collects when you use aicostumemaker.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Photos you upload

• Why we need them. To create a costume photo, your photo and the costume you chose (or your own description) are sent through our servers to a third-party AI provider, which generates the result. We use them only to produce your costume photo.
• Which provider. Costume photos are currently made by Google's Gemini image model ("Nano Banana"), run through fal.ai. The provider processes your photo under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We do not control that processing.
• What we keep. Our servers do not store your photos or the generated results. Each photo is passed to the provider, the result is returned to your browser, and neither is saved by us. Download the results you want to keep.
• Costume videos. For a video, the photo you choose and the motion you picked are sent to an image-to-video model run through fal.ai. The finished clip is hosted by fal.ai at a private, unlisted link that we show only to you; we keep that link with the generation record so you can reload it. Download the videos you want to keep.
• What we log. We keep a record of each generation — when it happened, which costume or custom description was used, and whether it succeeded — for billing, abuse prevention and support. We do not sell your photos, results or descriptions, and we do not use them to train AI models.

People in your photos

Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. See the Terms of Service.

Account information

When you sign up or sign in (for example with email or Google), we receive your name, email address and, for Google sign-in, your profile picture. We use them to run your account, track your purchased credits, and send essential service emails.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and handles the transaction; we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your orders and credit balance. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data it collects.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.

Abuse prevention

To protect the service, we may log IP addresses and use bot protection such as Cloudflare Turnstile. Descriptions that break our rules are refused before anything is generated.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data at any time by emailing support@aicostumemaker.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and any remaining credits.

Children

This service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children or process photos of minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new update date.
