Acceptance of terms

By using aicostumemaker.com ("AI Costume Maker", "we") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

AI Costume Maker creates AI-generated photos and short videos of you wearing a costume, from a photo you upload. Generating them requires an account and credits. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

AI Costume Maker is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any movie, TV, game, comic or costume brand.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or refunds.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the results you create. You grant us a limited license to process your photos only to provide the service. Your photo and costume description are also processed by our AI provider under its own terms; see the Privacy Policy.

Photos of other people

Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you permission. Every person in an uploaded photo must be 18 or older. By uploading a photo you confirm both of these.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AI Costume Maker to create, upload or share any of the following:

1. Images of minors. Any photo of a person under 18.
2. Sexual content, including nude or sexualized images of any person.
3. Deepfakes and impersonation. Putting one real person's face on another's body, editing photos of celebrities or public figures, or making a real person appear to do something they did not.
4. Trademarked characters. Costumes that copy protected movie, TV, game or comic characters, logos or brands. Describe a generic look instead.
5. Violence, gore or hate. Content that glorifies violence, or harasses, threatens or discriminates against people or groups. Ordinary Halloween looks such as zombies, skeletons or fake blood are fine.

You also agree not to use bots or scripts to abuse the service, or to try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

How we moderate

Custom costume descriptions are checked against a list of blocked terms before anything is generated. A request that matches is refused and nothing is charged. The AI provider also runs its own safety checks.

Enforcement

If we find, or are told about, use that breaks these rules, we may refuse the request, remove credits obtained through the violation, and limit or close the account.

Reporting

To report content or use that breaks these rules, email support@aicostumemaker.com with the details.

Credits and payments

• Each costume photo uses 1 credit. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
• Purchased credits do not expire while the service operates.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

AI results

Costume photos are made by Google's Gemini image model ("Nano Banana"), run through fal.ai. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected, and a result may not look exactly like you. Review results before using them. You are responsible for how you use the images you create.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. We do not store your photos or results, so keep your own copies.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
